How do I pay for my booking?

Two ways: bank transfer before you arrive (send your proof of payment on WhatsApp), or book at location and pay by cash or POS at the property before check-in. All payments, including the refundable security deposit, are made before check-in.

Can I book the conference room?

Yes — a 4-hour session (morning or afternoon) is ₦50,000 and a full business day is ₦100,000. Pick your date and time in the booking form.

What is the cancellation policy?

48 hours or more before check-in: 100% refund.
Between 48 and 24 hours before check-in: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before check-in, no-shows, or after check-in: no refund.

What are check-in and check-out times?
